Dreamworks performed miracles in the total redo of our condo. Taking over a disaster in the making. Martin brought the job back on track and on budget. He could not have been more gracious and helpful, or more available in all his interactions with my wife and me.

This already beautiful building was structurally and aesthetically remodeled down to the bare studs. adding huge skylights, and removing posts to create a great room worthy of this great family.

Darren Quientenz wanted a special space to high light his extensive collection of rare and exceptional antique and contemporary photographs. They found there home in this custom store front.

Besides building this unique Greame Means designed structure that utilized empty space cantilevered over an unused corner of the Lewis Ice Rink, the work had to be performed while the rink was still in operation. Tenting the entire construction while working to mitigate the dust was only one of the challenges for this project.

After interviewing more then ten general contractors, we were shown Kenny Williams and Martin Horowitz of Dreamworks Construction, that our expectations to build this project for the price we wanted to pay was unrealistic. "Still, these guys were able to finish this job at a fraction of the cost of the others. Their creativity and skills to complete this project while we lived in the adjacent home was a feat in itself. They finished the project, designed by architect Scott McHale, without any extra cost even though they added a lot of extra work pleased Jolee and myself very much."
